What A Friday!! Had a great follow-up doctor visit for my hubby - AND - 2 closings in One Day! (And for one of them, I was both the Listing Agent - and brought in the buyer. That's 3 Commissions. In One Day. Can you say "Go, Jeannie!"
When I first woke up this morning, my brain flying 15 directions at once, my husband slowed me down and said, "Think about the neighbors where these houses are. They've been watching out their windows since the day those signs went up, wondering who was going to be moving in. You've brought great families into these homes. You've improved the neighborhood!"
That made me stop and think. It's true! I really enjoyed the families I've been working with for months. I looked forward to showings with them, and our chats on the phone as we worked our way through the buying and selling processes. They were so excited about their new home. And just looking at the quality of work they'd done on their current home I knew they'd take wonderful care of their new home, as well. The property they'd purchased had been vacant for over a year. I had indeed helped to improved the neighborhood!
