Many by now are familiar with the term, Virtual Assistant. If not, it's someone who helps you with your business, but virtually, via the internet.

Real Estate is one industry that quickly made use of this new 'tool'. Real Estate Virtual Assistants have a range of areas and services they specialize in and offer. Some handle many of the roles of an in-house administrator, including mailings and transaction coordination. Others provide lead management or website management.

VAProfessionals focuses on your internet presence and internet marketing, generally focused around your website. We assist from choosing a website company or template, to helping you set it up, and then maintaining and optimizing the site.

We also can support your databases and contact management system, blog, and more. We work with many different companies and products out there, in many different markets. We have a lot of knowledge that we can offer to support you!

The advantage of a virtual assistant: Our services are tax deductible and you don't have to pay any benefits or taxes as you would for a hired employee.

Give it a try, you might find we're a necessity that affords you the luxury of more time for your business and life!

Aloha from Maui,

I had just started with one of these and hope to find it very helpful.  The purpose is to keep us as Realtors out on the street.

Aloha Gary! (former Kauai girl here!),

Yes, when we do our job well, and it's a match, you should have your attention and energy freed up. Hopefully a virtual assistant can give you an edge is this extremely competitive market!

Good luck with your VA!
