Hugger-mugger are the new words of the day.

I chose to use two words for today and did so because that is how they are in my Webster’s®.  I’ve had people do this to me in the past and I find it hard to trust people because of it.  So to get to my point I need to tell you the meaning of (hug’er mug’er) is to keep secret, to behave in a secretive or confused way.  Therefore I understand there are things I don’t need to know and some things I know that I wished I didn’t.  What can’t be kept secretive is anything we know about a home where we are the sellers agent.  Not good not good at all now what say you?

I am trying to think of a way to incorporate "hugger-mugger" into a listing presentation. Can you picture the look on a seller's face when you explain to them that being a "hugger-mugger" is against the law as a listing agent? I can see a seller saying "there's the door." Enjoy your day!
