Hi Bruce - Yes, we're in the same boat over here in Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas.  Houses are flying off the market.  I don't know what's in the water but I'm gonna' start serving it up!! lol!!  Amazing and grateful!

 Houses are flying off the market Yes, here in the Valley of the Sun Phoenix it's days on market with multi offers.
