Ah, but we have the best seat at the play, right? Not always a good play, but always interesting/a learning experience.
My closing Friday featured both shouting and plot twists! Come to find out the Seller had an ex-husband still on title. The LA did not bother asking his client if there was anyone else on title. When folks tell me agents are over-paid I chuckle.
Oh, Lord, the dreaded ex shows up, and the plot thickens!
I just read an article about fruit flies liking alcohol. Maybe they know something we don't.

Yes and back in the 80's we were dealing with 18% interest rates, one page contracts and still had more satisfied people.
When my rate went down, from 16% to 11%, we went out to dinner to celebrate! Today's buyers want to wait until rates are below 3%. I'm so happy I'm not 25 anymore!
