3 Comments on Jumping into the Northern Virginia Real Estate Market Can Be Startling to Relocating Buyers
Chris Ann, usually these Buyers lose a great house and THEN they "get it". I'm sure you teach them well!
Good Afternoon Chris Ann, very nicely written. It is a very catchy blog that should reach those moving to your area. have a great day
Connie: I imagine an opposite track relocation, like from Northern Virginia to a slower market would make the Buyer's Agent very happy. Anyone relocating from here would be ready to act fast.
Scott: Thanks. It's basic market info that can be tough for relocating buyers to really absorb. Everyone has a natural inclination to compare to their own personal level of knowledge. And when you are coming from another market, that comparison can work against you.
