Hi, I am Dung Ngo, living in INDIANA, and looking for a Broiler farm in your State area. The one I am looking for is: under $1,000,000.00., has at least for House on it ( 40 by 500 or up), not older than ten years, and has a brick ( frame) house on it. Please let me know if you have any farm like that.

I am Jason, living at Duluth GA, looking for a poultry farm with 2 Chicken houses in Georgia. It should be under $350,000.00, working, well maintained, all production buildings are modern and up to industry standards.

The land is partly wooded and tillable, Farm is not in flooding zone, close to town for shopping, Less 1 hr driving from Duluth, GA. Gas, water electricity, phone and internet are available.

Low price per acre and facility condition are priority, not the land acreage. Living house should be clean and in good condition.
