Denver, Colorado is one of the most fantastic cities to live in! There are over two hundred parks and many tree lined boulevards with historic districts and continued preservation of the old. We have skiers and golfers paradise with more than 90 golf courses and 20+ ski resorts. Whether you like to jog, bike, hike or rollerblade there are some 800 miles of paved and off-street bike and jogging trails available to it's residents. Denver was recently voted #4 in the best city to walk around and get around on foot.

Denver has so much to offer in the way of culture as well with the new Denver Museum of Contemporary Art,  Denver Art Museum, fantastic theater at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, summer festivals with concerts, street fairs, farmers markets, phenomenal shopping not to mention outstanding restaurants and art galleries. There is something for everyone. Downtown features our super Aquarium with diving and snorkling, the Children's Museum and nearby the Denver Museum of Nature and History plus the Denver Zoo. Where else will you find in one convenient location of the city a Football stadium, (INVESCO Field at Mile High where the Broncos play) or the beautiful Pepsi Center home to the Nuggets Basketball team and the Avalanche hockey team plus incredible concerts and our amazing Coors Field home to our World series runner up Rockies baseball team. Red Rocks Amphitheater is the most amazing place for concerts.

Denver has long strived to acquire a grown-up metropolitan feel, and the results of those efforts are seen everywhere. In addition to great museums, thriving neighborhoods, a flourishing arts scene and an ethnically diverse population, Denver boasts a happening downtown core full of restaurants, clubs, boutiques, galleries and packed sidewalks.

Thankfully, though, the city remains in touch with its mountain style roots and the occasionally reckless frontier town feel of not so long ago. Historic buildings and preservation districts abound. Denver's commitment to maintaining open space can be seen in its outstanding park system as well. The outlying tows of Evergreen, Conifer, Golden are a short way into the foothills and have become a paridise for families.  Everything there plus only a few minutes to Downtown or the mountains.  Living in the foothills becomes more and more attractive as traffic patterns become more difficult on the north and south corridors the east west corridors are staying very strong as there is no more land to develop to increase the traffic.  Also the mountain air is clean and delightful on a crisp or hot day, the living is fantastic.
