Jeffery, well said and count me as one who is also thankful to others who have taken the month off.  Also, let's salute the serious sellers who allow us to properly price their properties and get them sold to the serious buyers.  We've matched three together in the past two weeks!

I will be working as well. However, I would rather take the month off.

I agree Jeffrey,  even in some dismal markets there are buyers and sellers to be found.  The less realtors out there, the better it is for me.

Record month for me! Thanks! I got a call from a buyer last night - explaining her frustration that no agent was calling her back. Thank you I will take some time off in 2008.

I received a call from a buyer today at noon, showed the home at 3pm and wrote the offer at 6:30pm. I am still on the clock. Like the engergizer bunny, I keep going...and going...and going... 

Funny, though, in my 22 years of working as a Realtor, I have not known anyone who took off the entire month of December.  I have taken off Christmas Day, always;) 

I will also be balancing my time between family and work.  Here is hoping that there will be new clients out there for us in the next couple of weeks.
