There are a lot of senoir orinigal owners where I work. I recently sold the home of a man in his 70's. He had purchased the home from the builder over 50 years ago and lived there ever since. He was such a delight to work with that it insopired me to take the SRES training.  If any of you are considering working with seniors I highly reccomend it.
