Quidnessett Country Club has uncovered their well kept greens! Today is the first day of the ‘unveiling’ and it is wonderful to see the golf course in full swing with the avid players back from Florida. Quidnessett County Club is a private club and is known for its challenging golf course. As it should be, for what is a sport to be played without the challenge at hand?
Whether it is golfing or boating that piques the interest in you in the North Kingstown RI community, there is all of that and more to be had here and enjoyed…just down from my Open House at 38 Murray Avenue, the golfers who were back from their southerly abodes were out on the tees and greens in force.
All the North Kingstown neighborhoods are within close proximity of many North Kingstown golf courses to whack that ball…excuse me…swing well with great follow through! Yes, as I am too an avid golfer and I consider myself a ‘whacker’ of balls in many of my games. Honestly, it is one of the toughest sports to be good at. Even on these golf courses one needs the trusty iron of the moment to make that follow through swing (for me its been the big bertha- how about you?).
