Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors who do rekeys, trash-outs, winterization, etc. in the Metro Maryland area, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia?

Most banks these days are going to field servcie companies to handle this work, especially in metropolitan areas like you described.

Even most small reo companies do "full service" property work.

Post something on craiglist and u will likely get overwhelmed with responses. Line them up now before you get really busy. Also, as stated many banks have their own field service companies already which makes your life much easier...but there are a few still out there that want you to order the services.
