Danville CA Real Estate Market Review 2012 versus 2011 thru February

We are almost through the first quarter of 2012 so let's see how the Danville Real Estate Market has performed this year versus last. The single family home segment has seen a slight decline in units sold as well as median price. The attached home market has just about the same number of sales with a slight increase in median value. Marketing time for all homes has declined. I publish monthly statistics which are cumulative as the year progresses. This early in the year the data set is a bit small to make any lasting conclusions concerning near term market direction.
