Advertising a $15,900,000 home

I have a listing in Cave Creek that is over 10,000 sq ft mountain top home on 75 acres. I have put it in the Luxury Home magazine and several others with only 1 call. Any advice of what else may work.

What are you doing so far to market it? Maybe if you outlined what you are doing, we can give suggestions on how to expand on those things.

Have you posted in the Wall Street Journal? How about hitting the major metros and posting in their high line markets tabletop magazines.

Hit the hot climate areas first (anything Cali crowded, Las Vegas, Sarasota, FL, West Palm Beach, Austin, Texas, and Atlanta). Follow up with Washingtonian Magazine, the New Yorker... figure out your advertising budget and go from there.

Your office should already have a support structure set up for this types of listing, too. Bug your manager. :-)

and Christies are good places to start, but I don't know RE/Max' relationship with them.

Keep in mind when you are repping a luxury property, one call is all it takes. Don't get discouraged. The pool of clients for that price market is very small.
