Pet restrictions are good to know...here it can be quantity, kind, weight and sometimes for dogs, height at the shoulder...prepping a puppy for an interview would be an interesting task.
Donna, pets are a concern for most buyers when buying a condo and they should ask up front before falling in love with the condo...we all love our pets.
Sally & David - Many similarities. Yes, good for buyers to know the rules up front.
Ginny - I agree, most people will not part with their pet for any home purchase!
Very good advice for prospective condo purchasers. Many find that their much loved pets will not be welcome in the condo building.
Roy - I agree. It is better for buyers to know up front, before they really fall in love with the condo.
A good reminder to buyers to always check the condo docs, Donna. There are sometimes little things in there that you might not realize are RULES. Good post.
