Bartow Florida Real Estate Market Trends 2012

Bartow, FL March 1, 2012 - Bartow's home resale inventories decreased, with a 8 percent decrease since February 2012. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales decreased as a percentage of the total market in March. The median listing price in Bartow went up from February to March. There were a total of 3 price increases and 27 price decreases.
