Neal, your blog is the anitidote for NJSD, New Jersey Seasonal Depression. The photos are always so green and lush. Curious because my knowledge of Florida is so limited. How many folks live in this town?

Hi Andrew,

The city or town of Davie has around 85,000 according to the population report in wikipidea. But that varies. There are many cities to live in that are as close by. You probably see that I also cover Weston..Pembroke Pines, Cooper Ctiy,Plantation,Sunrise, ect...a;; close by this area. That is one of my listings in the photo and if you click the virtual tour link under the graph you can see the rest of the photos.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it likes like you have a 20-month inventory in Davie, with 40 homes selling at the rate of 2 per month? How long can real estate agents stay in business, at that rate - not much business to go around! 'Hope things improve in 2008.

It is actually a good exercises since I farm these neighborhoods. They also get lots of google juice.

I don't pay much attention to the exact ratios...I look at the real numbers but they could be off a bit due to lack of accurate info put into our MLS correctly.
