I love being a real estate agent - I look forward to work each day! I was previously an Engineer/Project Manager for 20 years. Although I had liked different aspects of my Engineering work I always dreaded Sunday nights because it was time to start the work week. I now work everyday and love it. Being a real estate agent perfectly fits my personality - I enjoy working with people, searching for properties, advertising/marketing, negotiating and transaction tracking. My clients like me because I always follow through with what I say I'm going to do and work hard to get the job done, I promptly return phone calls and always keep my clients posted. I love thinking up ways to advertise and market a unique property. I've been in the business for 3 years and am doing quite well and getting many referrals. I don't think about making money, I'm always thinking how I can best service my clients, when I find them a home or sell their home then the money naturally comes. I always say to myself that I hope I can continue to do well in real estate so I don't ever have to go back to my engineering work because it never feels like I'm working doing real estate since I love it so much.
