Broker's Open House - 121 Penn Beach Drive, Pennsville, NJ 08070 - 3/20- 11am to 2pm
Following up the public open house on Sunday, a Broker's Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, March 20th, 2012. The doors open at 11am and the event lasts until 2pm. There will be a yummy lunch served, a terrific home to explore and a second home on William Penn Ave in Pennville to visit for dessert.
Some people seem confused as to why an open house is held for Real Estate agents.
It's an easy question to answer, actually. Realtors each have their own contacts, networks and abilities to reach different audiences. By inviting them into our listings, we hope to show off our clients' homes to those new audiences. We hope that the next time the phone rings in our associates' offices, they will remember what a nice home they recently toured and relay the information to those buyers.
In other words, we want our 'sister' Realtors to sell our listings. In turn, when Broker's Open houses are held by other offices, we make every effort to attend their events.
