I believe...in Real Estate!

I believe, those of us who love Real Estate, will be the survivor's. Those of us that live and breathe the fact that helping someone to list and sell their property, or those looking to find a good deal will hang in there. There is a PASSION, that is associated with Real Estate. For some reason, it is not a COMMON PROFESSION. It is one that you love!

Some people think it's easy, wrong-it's not....many have left for regular paychecks.

Those of us with a passion will survive, we will still be there to the end...

The mortgage situation will work itself out...

Find yourself a good Mortage person...I have...(on here to be exact)

Find someone you trust to help you...

Find some one who cares.

You care...get it?

It's a wonderfully rewarding profession...those of you full-timers! We will survive...

They're out there...they're buying....just make sure your buyer is with a good Mortgage agent...that's the seal of the deal...Matt Blum? You here? Help me now...Explain the facts! My friend.

I completely agree! You need a passion in order to remain in this profession, otherwise, what's the point!?

ABSOLUTELY Karen! I believe that the 'correction' will benefit those of us who do have the passion and persevere!

Glad to hear it...people need us as much as they need their doctor...if we help them...they won't need meds...for stress...Thank's for posting..We are important in people's lives...some just don't realize it!

I live,eat,breath,sleep real estate, the moment I wake up. it's not just for the commission, it's for my clients/friends, it's for the reward of knowing I helped someone achieve the American Dream,

There is no greater feeling , then being at a closing table and passing the keys to a buyer, or helping a seller pack, sharing the emotions of knowing you have taken them from where they were to where they want to be. I can go on and on,
