These stats are for the 5 counties served by our Multiple Listing Service and are for residential properties only, not including lots/land.
Inventory is lower in part due to many properties not renewing their listing contracts and waiting until the Spring to do so. We're pleased to see more properties SOLD and less days on the market.
The strong buyers market continues. Buyers still have a great selection to choose from including short sales and foreclosures which generally take some patience as they are slow moving. Low interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now. Come see what all gorgeous Western NC has to offer.
