Realtors and Home Stagers: Partnerships that work!

By
Home Stager with Home-A-Dress

There are so many wonderful reasons why partnering with a professional home stager can help your business. A professional home stagers purpose is to make your job easier by working gently with your clients in order to transform each room of the home into something potential buyers can aspire to live in. While the home stagers do this during a Staging Day, they are also getting great photos for you to use in your marketing campaign.

Look at your current listings, especially the photos. How do they look? Do they have a "model home" quality or are they vacant or sterile looking?before formal living

Knowing that over 80% of home buyers are online FIRST, how does your listing stack up against the competition?

There are buyers out there in this marketplace. They're just choosing to buy the homes that look best, were marketed to their family and it's needs, and didn't leave the potential of the home up to their imagination. In other words, the few home buyers out there are choosing professionally staged homes.

Shawn,

What a true post.  Having a Stager as part of the team would enhance the listings of Realtors tremendously.  It is educating the Realtors to understand what a Stager actually adds to their team is where there seems to be some GREY areas.  But I believe we will get there.
