There are 165 HOMES for sale with a median list price of $142,500

Through 3.21.12

37 HOMES have been sold compared to 34 in 2011 which is up 8.82%!  There are also 21 pending sales compared to 16 in 2011 which is up a whopping 31.25%!

Median sale price was $91,500 ...down 20.26% over 2011!  List to sale ratio is at 91.43% and 213 average days on market!

Hi Rob,

Sales are up but prices are down a lot. This is brought on by the buying trend of the buyers who think the sellers will take any offer to hit the table. In most cases i have seen the buyers are offering a really low starting offer.
