Real Estate Agent with Remax of Wausau

If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly suggest you have a good Realtor help you. It most likely will not cost you anything because, most listings include the buyers agency fees in the listing contract. What this means is that the listing office will advertise to any Realtor working with a buyer a percentage of the commission they are charging the seller.

If you are just having a Realtor help you find homes and show them to you, but do not have a written contract with them, they are most likely working for the sellers of the properties they are showing you. Why would you want to do that? Many buyers do not get the best deal possible.

Keep in mind that some properties are priced correctly, some are high and some are low. It is possible to purchase a home for considerably less than asking price and actually pay what it is really worth. On the same note, pay the asking price and get a great deal. Knowing the market is critical. Knowing  your Realtors experience level  is even more important. A buyers agent can help you negotiate the terms of the offer and guide you to the best deal.

I have specialized  as a full-time 24/7  Buyers Agent for the past 9 years. I find it very rewarding  to have helped  someone the absolute best way possible.

If you have any questions about this, feel free to give me a call anytime.
