Castle gate is one of the subdivisions in The Cedar City Real Estate Market that has really attracted the first time homebuyer and investors.  There are some larger two story homes in the subdivision but even they are built for the first time home buyer.  This subdivision is situated between the Bramblewood and the Bella Monte subdivisions.

These homes were built in the mid to late 1990's.  This was a subdivision that was hit hard with short sales and foreclosures.  There have been some great bargains in Castle Gate.

There are currently 6 homes listed for sale in our MLS ranging from $80,000 to $148,000. 

Market Update 3/21/2012:  There are currently 4 homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.  The list prices on these homes range from $60,000 to $90,000.  In the past 12 months there have been 2 homes sell.  They sold for $107,000 and $112,000.  There is currently 1 lot listed for sale.  It is .16 of an acre and listed for $7,800.
