What's the secret? I'm not the boasting-type so I wont go there. This is a case of everything coming together beautifully. Our sellers took the time to prepare the home for the market. We did our homework and communicated with our clients. There were check-ins and follow-ups over the course of a few months and every question was answered promptly.
