Fellow Rainers - Indeed this couple was one of the best home buyers any Realtor® could ever dream of. They were on their game at all times, knew what they wanted, where they wanted and how much they could afford. Pluse they listened to my advice and appreciate my efforts. As I mentioned in my post I wish I had ten more home buyers just like them in my truck right now! I appreciate each of your comments and input.
