It astounds me that people spend most of their budget on a $1,000.00 per month on a car, $100.00 per month on web site optimization, $50.00 per month on a website and the rest of their budget left over on internet and print marketing. This may not be you, but this is a very common scenario.

What if I told you that a lot of your expenses can be spared?

What if I told you that what people are telling you to do, is what the majority of agents in real estate are scrambling to do?

What if I told you that you already possess the skills necessary to promote yourself and website with very little cost?

What if I told you that you can boost sales and clients with very little effort than you already do?

Do I have your attention?

To do effective marketing and increase your bottom line, you have to get your clients attention. How do you do that? In each area it will vary.  Some people can just use internet marketing, others can do direct mailers, and some might do something altogether different.  The key is you have to grab the consumers attention, by creating something that is unique in your market. Tasteful, but unique. What is that? It could be sending a new calendar to clients, giving out desserts to your sphere of influence.  Why do you think television commercials can be so over the top. Their job is to get the attention to the consumer. The better they do it, the more sales they make.  You are in the same position, except most of us cannot afford television commercials to do this. By getting our name out there with a good reputation, we can increase sales, increase web page count, and increase profit.

Right on target, Matthew.  Television commercials are out the window now-a-days.  Terrible ROI.  Newspaper ads.  Even worse ROI.  Blogging is good, but you can get lost in the mix and it's not directed to your SOI.  It's great for SEO though.

The best is marketing is face to face.  Period.

We are an experienced online real estate marketing business but have to agree with Marc, nothing replaces the personal contact gained by doing just that, meet the people, explain, educate, gain the confidence!  This will become more and more evident and useful as the market further declines and survival in the industry is driven more by creative deal making.
