Scott- I love this line... "There is a large discrepency between those Real Estate professionals that "streamline" the real estate/mortgage process and there are those that choose not to adapt to the changing times." What I find hard to understand is why so many clients SETTLE for a mortgage broker that is antiquated in his/her practices. It's SO frustrating to go backwards, and have to work with someone who can barely run a fax machine!
