Surprising turnout

Services for Real Estate Pros with United Country - Beloit Auction & Realty Inc.

We conducted a real estate auction for three properties last night and even though we had good turnouts for the open houses we didn't have any idea what to expect. Much to our surprise we had almost 100 people show up. Our sellers could not believe the crowd, but we were ready for them. One of the properties had been on the market for almost 3 years brought $800.00 less than the list price. The othe two brought more than we or the the owners had thought they would bring. It looks like the market is picking up some steam .. two  of these properties were bought by investors but the one that had been on the market for so long was bought by a family ....Auctions Work if handled by an experienced auction team up with an AARE Auctioneer in your area and expand your toolbox.

What a great turnout, and what a great testimonial for the power of Real Estate Auctions.

Good morning Rich. I really don't know much about home auctions. I guess this was a great success. Congratulations.

Hi Rich,

Congrats on a great auction my man!

Here's my story.  My dad owned, operated and called one one of New Mexico's largest and best auction and estate sale companies for many years.  On big auctions when I had time I'd help him prepare and work on sale day too.  My wife was the clerk and worked her tail off preparing for auction or estate sale days.  Dad came down with Alzheimer's and had to close up shop.  Those were some hard working but rewarding days.

Again congrats on your thriving business!
