California Pacific Airlines Coming To Carlsbad, California.
This summer 2012 the first
Embraer 170 of California Pacific Airlines will take off from
Carlsbad's McClellan-Palomar Airport with a full load of passengers.
It will be followed by a second and in a few months a third, and then a
fourth. Flying to six
destinations including San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Las Vegas,
Phoenix and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. All this is happening as the
airlines found Ted Vallas just turned a spry 91
years old.

McClellan-Palomar Airport, in Carlsbad, California, is
located at 2192 Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad, California, it sits
on 487 acres, has one runway asphalt paved 4,897 feet. 18,000 square
foot terminal completed in 2009 for $24 million. Aircraft 331, down
from 495 in 1993.
