Bernal Heights Homes for Sale - Experiencing Low Inventory Levels

Yes inventory level of Bernal Heights Homes for Sale are way down.  Buyers are not finding a large enough selection of properties to choose from.  This situation is catching many by surprise as we tend to see an uptick in inventory this time of the year.  The Bernal Heights homes for sale list of inventory is certainly low.  We need inventory.

I do have a few properties that will be coming to market in the next few weeks.  This should help.  Yet, the trend does not seem to be reversing itself just yet.  It will take a few more weeks to see if this will change.  Anyone seeking a home in Bernal Heights may be faced with bidding up on something they really like.  I always tell my buyers, "If you really like, there are others who like it too."

In the meantime, as our ecomony improves and as prices for homes start to move up it is believed that inventory will come on to meet this growing demand.  We shall see.  With the Bernal Heights home for sale inventory lower than we've seen in many years is seem inevitable.

If you or anyone you know is interested in owning in Bernal Heights or some of the adjacent neighborhoods such as Noe Valley, the Mission, Glen Park, Potrero Hill, The Castro or Sunnyside, just to name a few, I'd be more than happy to sit down and share the trends in these areas and how you may best meet you goals.

Inventory in Albuquerque is still good but has dropped a lot from what it has been.  Good for sellers!  Buyers are having a hard time coming to terms that it's a total buyers market these days.
