Randy,

I know that market reports get a lot of exposure. Did you do the tables from an excel spreadsheet?

Prices seem to be holding which has to be a positive. It still looks like HI is doing better than most places.

Neal - I make a table in MS Word.  I just picked up another buyer yesterday from on of my market reports.

Gary - It is community by community.  We had a really good Sep 06 to Sep 07 run.  Best in the nation for price increases.  October/ November saw some adjusting down island wide.  Sales volume has been off island wide throughout that period.
