If any of you get the opportunity to take this course within your market center, please give it a try. I just finished it and have already seen improvement in my business.
Our sessions ran Mon- Thurs. 12-2, it was difficult to make that commitment but believe me it was also well worth it.
The goal of the course is to show you how to close on 36 transactions in 12 months by lead generating for 3 hours a day. Don't get scared! This does not mean making phone calls for three hours a day every day. The course will show you different methods of marketing and prospecting that will accomplish your goal. It will also show you how to create and utilize the 8x8, 12x12 and touch 33 plans that will keep you top of mind to those that you meet along the way.
Enough with the fluff, what are the results! When I started the course on Nov. 26th I had 1 listing that had been withdrawn temporarily to make some needed repairs. I had nothing in the pipeline and was getting frustrated with the business in general. By implementing the stratagies while taking the course I have 2 listings coming on after the holiday's, I had a listing appointment with an expired seller that went very well and will decide after the holiday if they want to persue the sale. and am in constant contact with another person that also plans to sell once January arrives. If I can get one of the two that are on the fence, that will be 3 listings in 3 weeks. I plan to get them both and make it 4 in 3 weeks.
The real value to the course is that even with these I still have my 3 hours time blocked in the morning to do lead generation. This will keep the pipeline full and help me to acheive my goal of at least 36 combined listing and buyer transactions in one year. Wish me luck and I'll let you know how it is going.
