So last week we discussed the $25 Billion settlement and our effort to tell the PA attorney general how to spend the $89 million available. This week was full of great current events: Tarp Turns a Profit again… Yes the treasury earned $25 billion on toxic mortgage sales; Are we experiencing a Fake Real Estate recovery? So if building permits for multi family housing is up is home buying really up? Buying may be Cheaper than Renting. 98 of 100 top hosing markets are now cheaper to buy than rent according to Trulia. Today Vince and I are joined by Vince and Janet Papale. Vince is a former teacher and mortgage professional and Janet is a former gymnast and a real estate agent. What you thought we were just going to talk about football. Yes that Vince Papale who in 1976 was a walk-on player for Dick Vermeils’ first year as an Eagles coach. Vince has recently written a new book, “Be Invincible”. This is a playbook on how to improvise and adjust. Because of Vince and Janet’s involvement in the real estate market we felt that their teachings about improvising and overcoming odds would resonate well on our show.
