Pembroke Pines Singe Family Home [SFH] Sales Price Analysis Jan 2012

There were 66 SFH sales of which:

[09] below $149K
[17] bet. 150K-$199K
[17] bet. $200-$249K
[14] bet. $250K-$299K
[04] bet $300K-$349K
[03] bet. $350K-$399K
[01] bet. $400K-$449K
[01] bet. $450K-$499K
Average Sales Price: $226,305

These numbers are shocking as the homes that are now selling in the $200K are the homes that were selling for close to a 1/2 million dollars a few years ago.

This is a GREAT TIME TO BUY real estate.
