Recently I wrote a blog for a client of mine about an auction that will take place at the end of this month on an amazing mansion in Texas named Champs d'Or. I happened to see that this week MSNBC had Champs d'Or as their featured home of the week. It is an amazing estate so I thought I would share it.

Meaning Fields of Gold, Champs d'Or, was designed after a French estate and is over 49,000 square feet. With six bedrooms, ten bathrooms and many extreme ammenities one can easily get lost. Even before construction was completed the owners decided that this palace was too big and put it on the market. 8 years and four agents later this magnificent estate is still for sale. Hopefully they will have better luck selling it at auction.

Hi Elizabeth!  Wow!  I'm not even sure I can call this palace a home... complete with opera house and beauty salon.  I'm curious about what will happen at the auction too!
