Hi Daniel,
The price is amazing. When my late husband used to take driving vacations, we would always check out the housing markets. The south east always gave so much for the money compared to the Seattle area. He has a brother that lives in Alexandria, Louisianna that we visited. I was surprised to see that the garages didn't have doors.
