It's Officially Spring - Time to Clean Up the Yard

It's just now officially Spring, but, with the unseasonably warm weather we have been having the past few months, the spring real estate market is in full swing. If your house is on the market right now, take a minute to look around your yard. Those bulbs are probably peeking through, but are there leaves and debris in the garden as well? Normally, we wouldn't start cleaning the yard, spreading mulch or pruning the bushes for a few weeks. Most peope have already taken advantage of the warm weather to start cleaning up the yard. In order to sell your home more quickly, make sure your yard is free from fallen leaves and branches. A quick raking and mowing will spruce things up and make your yard look appealing and manicured. There is nothing better than curb appeal to attract buyers.
