Well its the start of a new year, don't forget our dues to the local MLS, State and National Organizations must be paid by Tuesday January 2nd, to keep current, also we will need to pay our office dues, I know some of you pay them monthly, and some the whole year in advance. I think our office is thinking of having a lower fee if you pay all at once. Course with all the Christmas spending, it's hard to come up with all these fees. Just a another cost to be in the profession. Wishing everyone a prosperous New Year!
