Long Realty - Dove Mountain and Continental Ranch, Marana AZ - The Light is On for You!
One of the things different about my new working relationship with Long Realty is floor time. Before, I worked out of my home office and went to the main office for information, classes, and maybe some printing.
Floor duty is "assigned" to agents in four hour shifts here at Dove Mountain and Continental Ranch, Marana AZ. I quickly found that saving all that paperwork and online networking that filled many hours at home, could be accomplished while being "on call".
You see, at any time, a potential client could walk through the doors with an inquiry, question, or just wanting information about the market. They could be a buyer, seller, or future prospect, so making yourself available for floor time involves a bit of chance, and a professional demeanor when opportunity literally knocks.
So yesterday was my day, and a gentleman stopped to inquire about a home in his neighborhood listed for sale. He just wanted to know the price and details.
Funny thing was, he HAS an agent, but "didn't want to waste their time". Hmmm
A few people asked me why (somewhat jokingly) why I didn't just blow him off, instead of letting him chat away for 20 minutes or so.
Well, two things.
One..I represent Long Realty and if I hadn't acted professionally, that would only reflect badly on myself and Long Realty.
Two...you never know whom he might talk to.
So, I'm sticking with the what comes around, goes around and doing my floor duty, and paperwork, simultaneously, here at Dove Mountain and Continental Ranch, Marana AZ.
