When they tore the boardwalk and lakefront down a number of years ago I have to think that many never thought it would turn out to be so beautiful. Add to that the fact that Pewaukee Lake is over 2200 acres and has something for everyone all year round and you have a recipe for outstanding living.There is a charm in Pewaukee Wisconsin that one picks up on immediately when they visit and for that matter in Pewaukee Wisconsin life. Living in Pewaukee Wisconsin and life in Pewaukee Wisconsin is a real treat. The history is absolutely amazing here as well.
Pewaukee itself has maintained a unique small town feeling yet has grown to to be a large area and a majotr municipality in Waukesha County. The buildings, and many of them newer, have been built to reflect this charm. Lots of outstanding restaurants, shops, businesses and more make up this beautiful city that is surrounded by lakes and rolling hills and country sides. Every time I talk to someone that comes out to Pewaukee Wisconsin for a visit they remark about how they would love to live out here.
