EVEN THE STRONG WOMEN NEED LOOKING AFTER NOW & THEN

Christmas is fast approaching and I'm thinking that I'm going to be very good to myself over the holidays. I'm going to focus on what makes me happy. If that means going for a manicure, or a message.....so be it!  If that means a yoga class, reading a good book or sleeping late one morning.....so be it.  After this year particularly, I honestly think "I'm" the one that needs some TLC....and rightfully so.  Usually I'm reluctant to do these things for myself and pay attention to the task at hand and the other people in my family.  I love to take care and look after everyone but that stresses me out and I'm the one who  needs the attention.  With that said. I am going to do whatever I want to do at my pace, not someone else's and feel ok with this.  We women don't focus enough on ourselves.......Go for it girls!   E N J O Y  T H E   H o l i d a y s   A N D  P U T  Y O U R S E L F   F I R S T  ON  T H E  LIST!.
