As real estate agents we are always asked for recommendations for tile, carpet, and hardwood flooring.
We recommend one company: USA Carpet and Rug Centreville VA. Why?
Because they have NEVER let us down.
(If they go bad, I will have to come back and delete this post...but I'm not too worried)
OK, nobody is perfect.
Well, so far USA Carpet and Rug has always been perfect for our clients. I am sure that sometime in the future they will mess up but they haven't yet and if they do, I am also sure they will fix it.
When we recommend a service we do not want to end up looking bad. That is not good for business. When we need flooring for a client's listing or for a buyer client's new property, we almost always need it fast and we need it to be affordable.
Here are two facts for the last 4 years:
-USA Carpet and Rug has never been underbid.
-We have never gotten a complaint.
Can't beat that.
We used to get 3 flooring quotes on all our projects, then the other guys quit coming because they never got the job since USA's Shervin Kardan always had the best price. Most of the time it wasn't even close. Now we only call Shervin.
Here is an example: I needed hardwood installed in a foyer and hall bath in order to get a property on the market on a Monday.
Our client gave the "go ahead" Friday....No Way you say!
The hardwood was in Saturday morning, the carpet was cleaned Saturday afternoon, and the property was looking good and on the market that Monday morning.
Shervin, the owner of USA Carpet, quoted us on a whole house in Reston: Tile (floor and wall), carpet, and new hardwood as well as refinishing the old to match. The owner went with it and the house was transformed.
It had been a rental for 30 years and has never been updated...you can imagine. My wife called me right after Shervin's quote, since once again, she was amazed at how affordable he was.
This company puts in solid oak sand-able flooring for less than the competitors charge for laminate and it looks WAY BETTER.
