Ada Michigan has two township parks, Ada Township Park and Roselle Park.

This article will give you some of the activites and amenities available at Ada Township Park for all ages.

Ada Township Park is located at the corner of Grand River Drive and Buttick Avenue just a shor drive from the city of Ada.  It as 57 acres of outdoor areas and facilities which are barrier free.

The Shelterhouse accomodates up to 125 people; facilities include electrical, water, a large grill and barrier free restrooms. The Triple Gazebo will hold 60 people; facilities include electric and a large grill. Near the shelterhouse is a picnic area with grills available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Shelterhouse & Triple Gazebo can be reserved by contacting the Ada Township Offices at 616-676-0520.

The Woodland Garden is a natural sahdy area that has been enhanced with many flowering shrubs and perennial flowers.

The Al Hook Nature Area and Warbler Trail offers exploration of the natural world. The trail winds througha wooded area and open meadow.  A self-guiding trail brochure is available at the park office.

The Fishing Pond is a source of fun and enjoyment by young and old alike. Maintained populations of bluegill and bass await the hooks of children under 12, senior citizens, and the handicapped. Fishing docks are accessible by wheelchairs.

E.E. Locke Arboretum offers over 200 trees from around the world and a place for quiet reflection and relaxation.

Les Craig Learning Center has special programs available. Natue programs, tours for schools and groups, Saturday programs for the public and more. For more inforamtion contact the Ada Park office.

Ada Township Park has miles of paved trails for jogging, walking and cross-country skiing.  Athletic facilities include tennis courts, softball fields, basketball court, and soccer fields,
