Any situation can be turned around...

Maybe its Spring fever, maybe we just need a little laugh.... but to help you turn lemonade from lemons...

Real on.. if you have heard this one before...congrats  you are a Realtor...

if you havent heard it....well now you have...

A old time real estate broker was dismayed when a brand new real estate office very much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign in big red letters which read 'BEST AGENTS.'

He was horrified when another competitor opened up the next day on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger big red sign, reading 'LOWEST COMMISSIONS.'

The broker panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own real estate office. It read: 'MAIN ENTRANCE'

The moral of the story.... don't panic every situation large or small can be turned around to your advantage....

Have a great day!

Jonathan, Great moral to your story... It is how we react to the challenges in front of us that is important... Hope you had a great Saturday.

It seems more than ever we have to be creative to stay afloat and keep the transaction going.  This story certainly illustrates this point!
