Recently, I have noticed more and more home sellers are doing creative financing and willing to carry loans and work with home buyers on terms and interest rates to sell their homes in Eureka, Arcata, or McKinleyville, CA.  I have also noticed that there are more and more buyers who opt for these creative financing deals because they either have a small credit issue and need a couple years to fix their credit, or they are knocked out of the qualifications for getting conventional loans because of new lending requirements.  Either way, creative financing helps both buyers and sellers who other wise would not have sold or bought a home in the first place, so I think that this is good for the real estate industry if it can help move houses and boost real estate sales.
