Ok, time for the monthly update of the market for new homes for sale in Broomfield.  It is good to see that construction is back and there are quite a few choices in the New Homes Market.  Lets first take a general look.

Over 1Million, there are 3 luxury builders that have taken it to the next lever.  I would definitely take a look at the Wistlepig neighborhood.  I have a personal friend and know the neighborhood, it is amazing.

The next exciting area for the luxury buyer in the New Home Market for Broomfield Colorado would be Spruce Meadows, I’ll be writing more on that in a different blog.  They have seen a drastic price reduction out there, but where the homes are priced now, it is an absolute steal.  They seem to hover around the 995K mark and with most in this price point accepting offers about 3% less, well it’s like it is Friday After Thanks Giving.  If you are relocating here and looking for space and luxury, here is the place.  I also have a great friend out there, and have to say, fun fun fun neighborhood.  They do throw some great parties out there.

Now as we go down the price scale for the New Homes in Broomfield Colorado, we run into the Broadlands.  My personal neighborhood.  On the high end there are two lots left to build on and both are on the 2^nd hole.  If you design it right you will have one heck of a view of the mountains.  I have one neighbor out there that has been known to hand a guy a beer when needed from the back patio.

For the mid market, take a great look at Anthem Ranch and Anthem Highlands.  Now these two are distinct in that Anthem Ranch is for folks over 55 and Anthem Highlands is for the rest of us racing towards that age bracket.  For those of you reading and over 55, let me tell you , this is no old folks community.  I have sold several to friends and clients looking for luxury, community and activity.  The yards are almost maintenance free and the rec center is amazing.  The Anthem Highlands offers a range of price points from lower to mid and a great representation of the upwardly mobile.  I had a great opportunity to tour their rec center and have to say, I wish I lived there, I wouldn’t need to pay so much for the luxury gym membership I already use.
