Congrats on finally getting a reasonably priced listing. I know it's not Trump towers, but it still looks great. Good luck on sellign them all quickly.
Over 18000 condos are in Sunny Isles Beach and only 9 from them are offered for sale by bank.
1807 in Winston Towers 200 is priced below market value, I don't like when the bank put low price.
