When is the right time to buy is a question I get a lot.

Let me put is very simple. The right time to buy is when you are:

  • Tired of all you money going out the door and nothing to show for it.
  • Then you are about 3 months from ending your rental lease
  • When you are looking for a bargin

 

Look anytime is a GREAT TIME TO BUY. 

Weather it is a buyers market or sellers market you will always win. 

The buyers market you will get to bargin with incentives on your side.

The sellers market you will possibility bidding on your favorite home with other bids.

 

Look the right time and wrong time there is not right or wrong market in Raleigh NC.

The short sweet and right answer is anytime.  You have to look at the numbers behind and inside the transaction.  It is not easy, but nothing is.

Nisike -  Yes you are correct it is anytime. And you need to display that it is good anytime and be confident of yourself.
